Orders & Custom Work
* All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
* Custom or made-to-order items (including but not limited to personalised signage, custom paint colours, bespoke sizes, fully custom props or branding) may be non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun if deemed to specific to resale.
* It is the customers responsibility to check that all details on their order confirmation (product specs, colours, spelling, sizing, etc.) are correct.
* We will not be held liable for any errors confirmed by the customer.
* Production lead times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and material availability, however we will always take time to meet your required lead time where possible.
Pricing, Payment & Refunds
* All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
* A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure production.
* Full payment is required prior to dispatch of any goods.
* We reserve the right to amend pricing or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
* Custom made and made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable unless proven to be faulty.
* Standard stock (non-customised) items can be returned within 7 days, unused and resaleable condition, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
* The customer is responsible for return postage and packaging costs..
* Refund will only be processed once goods are received and inspected.
* Deposits are non-refundable once productin has started.
Delivery Terms (UK Only)
* We deliver within the UK only, using trusted third-party couriers, pallet network, or our own transport to deliver personally where possible.
* Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
* All delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
*We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or other events outside of our control.
* Customer must ensure someone is present to receive goods.
* Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.
*We are not responsible for any loss of business, income or disruption caused by delay or mishandled deliveries.
* Goods must be inspected immediately upon arrival
* Any damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.
* Failure to report issues within this window may result in the claim being denied.
* If damage is due to courier handling, we will support claims with the courier but are not liable for their conduct.
* Please retain all packaging until claims are fully resolved.
Liability, Legal & Product Specifications
* Our total liability is strictly to the value of the goods supplied.
* We accept no liability for: Any business loss or event disruption, Improper storage, mis-use of third-party installation or any modifications or unauthorised repairs to our products.
* Our props are designed for decorative use only and should be handled with care at all times.
* Due to the handmade nature of our products and the materials used, slight variations in colour, size and finish may occur.
* Product images shown on our website and social platforms are for illustrative purposes only.
* Colours may appear differently on different screens or in different lighting environments.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
* All products, designs, methods and branding are the intellectual property of Empire Event Props.
* Products may not be copied, reverse engineered, or manufactured for resale without our written permission.
FORCE MAJEURE
* We are not responsible or any delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, labour disputes, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
GOVERNING LAW
* These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
* Any disputes will be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
